SELECT - Spring Uniform Ordering

Uniforms are now available to order and will be ready for the Spring season. The deadline for ordering is February 3, 2017. All orders must be emailed to [email protected] in Excel format. Printed orders or PDF of the order form will not be accepted. Payment can be provided to your coach if you are paying by check. The preferred method for payment is via Paypal. Please send payments to the following account: [email protected] via the Paypal.com website.

A few things to note:
- The Blue/Yellow Top and Yellow Top will be retired at the end of the Spring season.

- MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR CHILD'S LAST NAME AS YOU WANT IT TO APPEAR ON BACK OF UNIFORM. PLACE CURRENT NUMBER ON FORM AS WELL. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT NUMBER, PLEASE LEACE BLANK.

- The adult sizes allow for a women's specific cut (youth sizes do not), these are typically more form fitting. If your daughter has a uniform now that fits her well and you want to get a women's cut version, please consider ordering one size up. If her current uniform is slightly big or baggy, the current size will probably fit better in the women's cut.

Also note, if you would like, we have an option for premium fabric for all uniforms. This material is more fitted as it includes more of a stretch. It also has mesh cooling zones. There is a $10 Up-Charge for the Premium Fabric version of any item. Please indicate premium fabric up-charge by placing an "X" in the appropriate place.

ALL ORDER AND PAYMENT MUST BE IN BY FEBRUARY 3. WE WILL NOT EXTEND THE DEADLINE, IF YOU MISS THE DEADLINE, YOUR ORDER WILL BE HELD UNTIL THE NEXT ORDERING PERIOD WHICH WILL BE IN THE SUMMER FOR THE FALL SEASON.
