SELSC Select Sign Affiliation Agreement

[Cleveland, Ohio] 5/15/2019 - Cleveland Force Soccer Club (formerly CSA Impact United) has agreed to a four-year Affiliation agreement with SELSC Select, to serve as our premier Eastside community club partner.

Starting this June, SELSC Select will be renamed SELECT Force with all community club branding, colors, and Nike uniforms matching with Cleveland Force Soccer Club.

As an affiliate, players joining SELECT Force will train and play close to home with direct training and roster access to Cleveland’s leading Premier Soccer Club and the USSF Development Academy. All SELECT Force teams will be trained and led by CFSC licensed Coaches.

This new agreement will further integrate SELECT within the Force Soccer structure by providing significant benefits to each club’s players, coaches, and teams through:

• Creating Northern Ohio’s only vertical development structure for players to train and compete at the Local (OHTSL/CASA/ONPL), Regional (NPL/National League), and National (Development Academy) levels

• Geographically convenient advanced training for players in South Euclid, Lyndhurst, Richmond Heights, and other surrounding communities

• Providing players advancement into the premier level of soccer without removing them from their local community

• Implementing Force SC player development philosophies to best develop each player through direct access to US Soccer Federation guidance

• Coordinating training, game, and event schedules to allow for more player availability

• Affiliation specific membership discounts and scholarships into CFSC

• Offering supplemental advanced training programming throughout the year
